DL RADIATORS JOINS THE ENGLISH GROUP STELRAD, MARKET LEADER IN NORTH EUROPE

(Moimacco – 24.6.2022) – DL Radiators srl, a leading company in the production of columns radiators, towel rails and steel panels, was acquired 100% by the English group Stelrad plc, a leading player in the British and European market in the production and distribution of radiators.
The announcement by the CEO of DL Radiators Stefano Valente: ‘’ I am very proud to announce that on June 23 the integration of DL Radiators srl into Stelrad Group plc, a historic English group specialized in the production of radiators and heated towel rails, listed on the London Stock Exchange, took place. The perfect reciprocity of ideals, vision, markets and products, combined with the common manufacturing know-how, made this agreement possible, together with the shared goal to continue investing in cutting-edge technologies in the Moimacco plant. DL Radiators, with the current management team, will continue the production and sale of steel panels, towel warmers, column radiators and electric radiators with the premium brands DL Radiators and De’Longhi through its historical partner customers.This very important agreement will allow DL Radiators to affirm its strategy with greater strenght and effectiveness, consolidating its current position as market leader and product innovator. Certainly being part of an important industrial group such as Stelrad Group plc will allow us to face the future opportunities that will arise with even more positivity and enthusiasm “.
